The Opportunity

This role combines Personal Assistant duties with Team Assistant / Coordinator responsibilities. You’ll support one of our Partners in the Business Services & Management Accounting division, while also providing key administrative support to a small, fast-paced team.

You’ll be trusted, respected, and relied upon — this is a role where your organisation, professionalism and initiative will really shine.

What you’ll be doing

Partner support

  • Managing a complex, busy diary
  • Coordinating meetings, travel and schedules
  • Preparing and managing correspondence
  • Handling client calls and emails professionally
  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Team & corporate administration

  • Corporate secretarial work including ASIC lodgements
  • Preparing annual statements
  • New company setups and registrations (ABN, TFN, GST)
  • Assisting with ATO administration and compliance

What we’re looking for:

You’ll bring prior experience as a PA or Team Assistant, ideally within a professional services, accounting or legal environment. You enjoy being organised, proactive and busy — and you take pride in keeping things running smoothly.

You will also have:

  • A calm, flexible approach and a great sense of humour
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management abilities
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to help where needed

Experience with ASIC, ATO Portal or Xero is preferred but not essential.
