You will end up thinking differently about how you can be more effective as either a current or potential leader. Ross Judd Since completing a Masters Degree Ross has worked with organisations to build teams, leadership and culture. His career has been built on his blend of keen insights into human behaviour and practical business applications. He has worked with mines, prisons, financial and legal firms, manufacturing plants, builders and accountants. As a keen observer of people and performance Ross started to notice the mediocre results being achieved through the “culture change” approach and advocates the benefits of engaging people and keeping the process as simple as possible. |
